Where we ship from
- Factory and main dispatch: 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt.
- Regional stock: Saudi Arabia (Jeddah and Jubail), United Arab Emirates (Mussafah, Abu Dhabi) and Italy (Rome).
- Fast-moving references are normally held in the region, so Gulf and Mediterranean orders do not wait on a container.
Methods
We ship by sea, air and land. The method is agreed at quotation stage and depends on the weight, the destination and how quickly you need the goods.
Lead times
Stock items are normally dispatched within a few working days of order confirmation. Items produced to order depend on the production run; we give an estimate with the quotation. Estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates.
Costs, duties and taxes
Unless the quotation says otherwise, prices exclude freight, insurance, import duties and local taxes. Any duties or taxes raised in the destination country are the responsibility of the consignee.
Tracking and documents
We issue shipping documents and tracking details once the consignment leaves. If you need specific documentation for customs clearance, tell us at order stage so it can be prepared correctly.
