Product information and cross-references
Our catalogue lists cross-references to original equipment and competitor part numbers. These are provided to help you identify an equivalent filter. Manufacturer names and part numbers are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for reference only; their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
We take care to keep cross-reference data accurate, but you remain responsible for confirming that a part suits your application before fitting it. Where a housing requires an inner or safety element in addition to the primary element, both must be fitted.
Quotations and orders
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation, and otherwise for 30 days.
- Prices exclude delivery, duties and taxes unless the quotation states otherwise.
- An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing.
- Lead times given at quotation are estimates in good faith and are not guaranteed dates.
Delivery
We ship from Egypt and from regional stock. Risk passes on delivery to you or your nominated carrier. Delivery terms are as stated on the quotation or order confirmation.
Warranty
We warrant that goods supplied will match the specification quoted and will be free from manufacturing defect. This warranty does not cover damage from incorrect fitting, use outside the stated application, or normal service life. Claims must be raised with us in writing, with the part number and photographs, before the part is discarded.
Liability
Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or downtime, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
